About the Group
Ermächtigte Jugend is an informal group of young people, created in February 2019 in Munich, Germany
The team involves 5 members, aged between 18 – 30. All of the group members attended various ERASMUS+ events. Our group consists of five members and young volunteers who are active at the regional level. Our aim is dedicated to the development of young people in our community through:
Our aim
• Promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
• Developing soft skills in young people through creativity and art sessions.
• Promote social inclusion of minorities and support disadvantaged groups: people with disabilities, people discriminated against for their ethnic origin, religion or other reasons.
• Develop youth employment and entrepreneurship skills in young people.
• Provide opportunities for youth from Germany to participate in international training courses, youth exchanges.
Main Activities
Ermächtigte Jugend consists of/ cooperates with:
- Youth workers who empower the young people and the local society
- Young people that are actively involved in cultural activities and want to <br>change the way that people look at the environment
- Individuals or teams who carry out inclusion projects
- People who are willing to motivate young people in an active life.
Our group also wants to address the importance of communication between young citizens of the European Union.
Key persons of the Group
Georgia is a BA candidate in Psychology and speaks English fluently
At the moment based in Munich, but as a freelance youth trainer and youth worker travels a lot. She has worked for different non-governmental organisations. She has created Ermächtigte Jugend inspired by their work. She is coordinating all activities of EJ on local, national and international level. At the same time, she is attending many activities and projects as an international trainer.

Roxana is very actively involved in youth work of EJ on a local level in several areas of Germany
She has a certification in International Relations. Andrea has a high interest in the field of start-up companies. His work in the last few years has helped her to gain practical experience in communication with young people and develop the network. activities of EJ on local, national and international level. At the same time, she is attending many activities and projects as an international trainer.
